The Interdisciplinary Program in Neuroscience provides competitive stipend support and health insurance benefits for all qualified students. Full tuition is also paid by the program, and the stipend starts July 1st. For the first two years, tuition and stipend are covered by an NIH Pre-Doctoral Training Grant. From third year onward, funding is provided by the student's thesis lab or alternate sources of funding (such as an NRSA or other fellowship).

For the 2016-2017 academic year, the stipend is $29,000. Books for required courses are provided on loan to students.
